Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of Whosin (the “Service”), operated by Quantech (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Whosin is scheduling software for groups that meet on a schedule — a weekly game, class, practice or any other regular event. The organiser sets a day and time; the Service opens sign-ups in their WhatsApp group, records who is coming, keeps to the limit they set, runs a waiting list, and can split the people who came into teams. The organiser can edit the list, and people can add guests they bring. Each subscription covers one WhatsApp group.

2. What the Service is not

Whosin contains no artificial intelligence or machine learning, and generates no content. It responds only to a poll tap or a fixed set of words (for example in, out, gk) and has no conversational or natural-language interface.

It is not a marketing or bulk-messaging product. We send no promotional messages, maintain no marketing contact lists, and never message anyone outside the single group that the subscribing organiser administers.

It is not a payment service. An organiser may ask the Service to post their own payment link (for example PayBox, Bit or PayPal) in their group, and may tick off who has paid. That money goes directly between them and their group: we never receive it, hold it, see the transactions, or verify that any payment was made. Any dispute about it is between the organiser and their group.

3. Not affiliated with WhatsApp

Whosin is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. “WhatsApp” is a trademark of its owner. You are responsible for using the Service in line with WhatsApp’s own terms.

4. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy a subscription; by registering you confirm that you are. You must provide a valid email and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are sold by Quantech, a licensed dealer registered with the Israel Tax Authority. Our business address is Rimon 6, Nof HaGalil, WhatsApp 054-581-7401; our business number is shown on the purchase page before you pay, and all of these appear on every tax invoice. Plans are billed monthly or annually in Israeli shekels (₪). Prices shown on the site include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by a licensed payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. A tax invoice/receipt is issued and emailed to you automatically for every charge.

A subscription is an ongoing transaction: it renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, or by emailing support@whosin.chat. Your group keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that. Your rights on cancellation, including those under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

6. Free trial

New groups receive a free trial of their first 2 events, with no payment details required. A confirmed email address is required to start one. The trial is granted once per group and once per account: a group that has already had a trial does not receive another one, and neither does an account that has already used its trial on a different group. We may change or end trials for new groups at any time.

7. Delivery of the service

Whosin is a digital service; nothing is shipped. Once your payment is confirmed, your licence key is emailed to the address you gave at checkout (and shown on your dashboard if you have an account) — normally within minutes, and in every case within one business day. You activate it yourself by adding Whosin to your WhatsApp group and tapping the setup link it posts there, after which the service is available immediately for the subscription period you bought. If you have not received your key within one business day of payment, email support@whosin.chat and we will resend it.

8. Our service commitment

If the Service does not perform as described on this website during a period you have paid for — for example registration does not open on the schedule you set, or the Service is unavailable to your group for 7 consecutive days or more for reasons on our side — tell us and we will, at your choice, fix the problem, extend your subscription by the affected period, or refund the affected period pro rata. This is in addition to any right you have under the Consumer Protection Law.

9. Limitation of liability (product liability)

Quantech and anyone acting on its behalf will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, loss or expense caused to you or to anyone else as a result of using the Service, or of using anything purchased on this website. This includes, for example, a registration that did not open or close as expected; a player list, waiting list or team split that was incomplete or inaccurate; a reminder or message that WhatsApp delayed or did not deliver; or information that was lost in WhatsApp.

The Service is an organisational tool only. Player lists, skill ratings, team splits and any other content it displays or sends do not constitute professional advice, an opinion or a recommendation of any kind. Any use made of that information is the sole responsibility of the user.

The Service only records who has signed up. It does not organise, host, supervise or insure any event, venue or activity. Sport in particular carries a risk of injury: organisers and participants are solely responsible for their own health, fitness, safety, venue and insurance, and we are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from an event arranged with the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Israeli law, including the Consumer Protection Law. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including for spam, harassment, or anything unlawful. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

10a. Affiliate programme

If you take part in our affiliate programme, the terms of that programme — what you earn, when we pay, and what is not allowed — are set out on the affiliates page and form part of these Terms. Commission is earned only on payments actually received and not refunded, and we may change the rate for future payments with notice to you.

11. Availability & service interruptions

Because the Service connects to WhatsApp, connectivity can be interrupted and the WhatsApp number may be rate-limited or blocked by WhatsApp. We work to restore service quickly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for the operation of WhatsApp itself. Remedies for long interruptions caused by us are set out in section 8.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts in Israel, without limiting any mandatory consumer right to bring a claim elsewhere.
